Roundcube Quick Start
1 Accessing Your Webmail
Login: Navigate to your domain's webmail portal and log in using your full email address and password.
2 The Main Interface
The screen is divided into three main columns:
- Task Menu (Left): Switch between primary tasks like Email, Address Book, Settings, and Calendar.
- Folder/Contact List (Middle): View your email folders (Inbox, Sent, Trash, etc.) or your contact groups.
- Preview Pane (Right): Read message contents, view attachments, and reply without leaving the main list view.
3 Managing Emails
- Compose: Click the Create or Compose button in the top menu to open the message editor. You can drag and drop files to add attachments.
- Organize: Drag and drop emails to move them between folders, or right-click a message to flag it.
- Search: Use the search bar at the top to quickly find emails by sender, subject, or date.
4 Contacts & Calendar
- Address Book: Store phone numbers, custom notes, birthdays, and profile pictures. Import/export contact lists.
- Calendar: If enabled, create and manage events directly from your webmail interface.
5 Settings & Personalization
Click Settings on the left menu to personalize your webmail:
- Display: Change the layout, language, and time zone.
- Identities: Set up a signature or manage multiple sender identities.
- Filters: Create rules to automatically sort incoming messages.
- Password: Change your mailbox password from within Roundcube.

Mail Client Setup
Use the following generic settings to configure your external email client (Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, etc.).
Incoming Mail (IMAP)
